Looking for a quiet and responsible single professional or student for a fully private, furnished 45m2 attic with 1 bedroom. This beautiful space is located on the second floor of a peaceful family home and is strictly limited to one person.

✔ Rental Terms:Capacity: Strictly 1 person (no couples or sharers).
✔ Duration: Short-term (perfect for those in transition or on temporary assignment).
✔ Requirement: Non-smoker, no pets, no instrument, no registration.

We are a friendly family with working parents and two young children. Our home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and we are looking for a tenant who respects a peaceful household.

• Only for 1 person (no couples or pets)
