The studios are 16m2 - 22m2, equipped with a comfortable double twin/King/queen bed, fridge, smart TV, coffee machine, kettle, safe, wardrobe and private bathroom.
Cooking: Studios are not equipped with a kitchen, no cooking facilities in this property!
Rental period: We only accept tenants up March 31st 2026.
Wifi: Wifi is available and free to use throughout the whole property.
Basic conditions:
A maximum of 2 persons is allowed in 1 studio.
• Deposit: € 250,-
• City tax and VAT included in the price
Optional add-on services:
• Car parking spot: € 150,- per month
• Daily hotel breakfast package: € 150,- per month
• Extra room cleaning and fresh linen package is available @ € 100,- per month.
