Beautiful cosy room! It has a balcony overlooking the garden. Situated at the quiet and one of the best areas in Rotterdam. Very close to Erasmus University, RSM and Hoge School of Rotterdam. Surrounded with trees, park's and nature. 15 mins by bus to Erasmus University, RSM and Hoge School of Rotterdam. 15 minutes by bike to the University. Fifteen minutes (15 mins) walk to the Mega shopping mall Alexandrium 1, 2 & 3. Twenty minutes (20 mins) by bike to the city center. Two minutes ( 2 mins) walk to the supermarket. Fifteen minutes (15 mins) walks to Alexander train station and Bus stop is just around the corner (2 mins walk). An ideal place for student and working people.
