📜Note: the property is being cleaned once when new tenants move in. Be aware that it could be that tenants already live in the place when you arrive. So both you and the other tenants are responsible for keeping the place neat and tidy.

Closed to Alexander railway station and Metro station, fully furnished 4-bedroom
apartment on the second floor. Public Transport(Metro) to the centre of town is on walking
distance(1 min). Private storage room available in the building. Separate toilet with
hand basin, separate bathroom.
Very spacious kitchen with lots of appliances, dinner table for 4 people, microwave, refrigerator,
freezer, ceramic stove with cooker hood, washing machine, dyer.
Current bedroom is empty, but the bedroom will be furnished with new bed, matrass, desk, wardrobe and chair.
