The apartment is getting furnished now and available from 15/9/2025. All photos are only sample photos showing how each room will be furnished and will be updated soon. The floorplan is the actual layout.
The room is FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and bed linen.
The area provides you with several shopping opportunities in a nice area of Vienna beside Mariahilfer Straße, the biggest shopping street and excellent connections to public transport.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor in the first stair of the building. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathrooms and toilets are shared with your flatmates.
The flat fulfils all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet.

This flat-sharing (7 rooms) is mixed and ideal for young open minded people who also want a great networking opportunity. The rent includes electricity, heating, gas and internet.
So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities.
Minimum rental period is 3 months.
A second person (couple) costs 150 €/month more.
Signing a rental agreement is required.
Deposit: 1000€, Administration fee 250€
