Furnished room available located within a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathrooms condo available for fun, educated, organized, clean professionals who requires a place to use as a base while on business in the area or simply visiting this magnificent country (Costa Rica).
The amount shown below includes the following utilities and services:
- Private room with king size bed and Amazing views to the mountains
- Private toilet/bathroom
- Hot water,
- High speed internet
- Electricity
- 24/7 security (CCTV) plus a 24 hour security guard in gated community condo
- Laundry and dryer usage (1 load per week) -available for those staying at least a week.
- If parking required, it can be arranged (must notify in advance)
- Usage of the plunge pool
- Usage of BBQ and social area ( must be notified in advanced to book it)
The condo is very well located on an upscale town yet very traditional in the hills of San Antonio, Escazu downtown with stunning sunset views and overlooking the central valley, yet all within walking distance to many amenities and services such as:
- Bus stop (3 lines), bank (small branch), supermarket, drugstore, hardware store, bakery, cheese store, gyms, police station, soccer field, church and so on ...
The condo will be shared with 3 fun, educated, organized and clean professionals who travel most of the time. (2 males - 1 female) yet with plenty of room and privacy.
Our guests will have their own private toilet and bathroom.
Be aware you are walking into our home and those accepted will be treated as family.
Large double room with a king size bed,has quality mattress for your comfort. Built in closet with plenty of room. Nightstand with a Himalayan salt lamp to clean the room's energy. This room has excellent views of the mountains.
