Cuenta con 6 habitaciones, dos de ellas con capacidad para dos personas. Otras dos, disponen de baño privado, por lo que hay dos baños compartidos para compartir entre cuatro habitaciones.
Es un piso completamente exterior, todas las habitaciones disponen de ventana, y una de ellas cuenta con un balcón privado.
La cocina, está totalmente equipada, con dos vitrocerámicas y dos neveras. Dispone de un salón comedor abierto con gran capacidad.
Cuenta con una lavandería equipada con lavadora y secadora.
El piso dispone de ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones y en el salón-comedor.
La habitación de 7.72 m2 dispone de una cama individual de 105 cm, ventilador de techo, está totalmente equipada y cuenta con un escritorio.
Se encuentra a 25 minutos a pie del campus de Esade, a 30 minutos del campus de UIC y a tan solo 7 minutos de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura del Vallès.
Está muy cerca de la estación de ferrocarril de Sant Cugat Centre y Mira-Sol. A su alrededor se pueden encontrar diversos restaurantes y cafeterías. Además a pocos minutos a pie se encuentran el Mercado Municipal, y varios supermercados.

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ 100€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.
📅 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
➡ If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
⬅ If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.
