This private 325 sq ft furnished studio sits behind our main home on a large, gated property in downtown Santa Barbara. It feels like a small standalone cottage with its own entrance, off-street parking, and a small enclosed porch where there is a private entry.

Inside, you’ll find;
A twin bed + comfy full futon
Desk and chair
A bright, all-white interior
A partial kitchen with fridge, microwave-convection oven, rice cooker, sink, and counter space. Cookware fully included.
Dining table with chair

A spacious bathroom with a full bathtub
Fast WiFi and all basic furnishings for an easy long-stay!

The studio is quiet and peaceful, close to nature with occasional local wildlife from Honda Valley Park. It’s also a quick walk to SBCC, the beach, downtown cafés, shops, and restaurants.

No car is needed, the bus stop is also 1 block away.
There are bike rentals within 2 blocks from this property.
