Beautiful and unique central apartment. The painter's house is located in the heart of the city, ideal to enjoy Santander. This charming apartment is ideal to enjoy with the family. It comes with a spacious living room, a balcony and two bedrooms.
Distributed in the large living room are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other as two single beds in the trundle bed, bathroom, kitchen equipped with basic utensils (pan and pots) and balcony. Pets allowed
Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator.
We will be available for any questions or needs that may arise.
Very central apartment located a few meters from the Plaza de Pombo, Paseo Pereda, the Botin Center and the best art galleries. Ideal for walking and discovering the city. Very close to the bus stops to approach the Sardinero and the pier with boats to the beaches of Puntal, Somo or Pedreña.
It can be reached by car, cab, bus .... public parking nearby.
You must respect the rules of coexistence concerning the rest of your neighbours, taking special care when moving around the common areas.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
