Very close to the living room is a space set up as a study with a desk and chair, bathed in natural light, which includes a sliding door for greater privacy, perfect for working or studying from home.
The night area includes a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and plenty of light, next to a full bathroom with shower. The apartment also offers the option of a parking space at an additional cost, adding extra convenience.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
