You'll have a private double room with comfortable double bed and linen, closet, living room, balcony, kitchen, Cable TV, fast internet WiFi. Also bathroom only for you that should be kept nice and clean.

Love to go out either for parks or for a night out, so I know lots of the places in town so I can suggest you lots of things to do around. I also love to cook, so guests will be occasionally invited to join a nicely cooked dinner.

- take short showers, turn off lights - Landry machine it's available from Monday through Friday. No laundry hanging over the weekend.
- Cleaning of your bedroom should be done by yourself once a week (cleaning products will be readily available). If it's cleaned once a week you'll be charged extra cleaning fee.
