La camera è arredata e l’appartamento è rifornito di tutto il corredo base (pentole, piatti, posate etc.).
Situato in pieno Centro in posizione strategica, Via Napoli è la via degli studenti, 5° piano senza ascensore. A 5 minuti abbiamo il Magistero e le Facoltà di Lingue Straniere e Polo Umanistico, a 10 min circa dalle Facoltà di Medicina, Agraria, Giurisprudenza e dalla Mensa Universitaria, una bellissima Stanza "Suite" ristrutturata appositamente per offrire comfort e comodità. You will only have a fixed administrative cost of 370 euros for the apartment entry which includes contract drafting and registration (Italian taxes and fees), entry and exit cleaning, personal insurance, zero utility costs for the entire contract duration, common area cleaning once a month.
