Situato a 5 minuti dal centro, e dalle Università. L’appartamento risulta molto luminoso e molto spazioso con ben 177 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina abitabile ampia che si affaccia sul balcone, 7 stanze di cui 5 suite con letto matrimoniale alla francese (140x200) e 2 standard con letto ad una piazza e mezzo (120x200). Ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, rinnovata integralmente di elettrodomestici tutti nuovi a risparmio energetico come per gli impianti di illuminazione.

- Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.
