The house is thoughtfully designed for students and young internationals, offering generous common spaces and a welcoming atmosphere. Please note that this accommodation is exclusively reserved for students and is not suitable for couples.

💰 Financial Information
To ensure professional management and high-quality maintenance, the following monthly costs apply:
Flat fee: €130/month
(Includes insurance, internet connection, technical support, furniture, and maintenance assistance)
Utility package: €60/month (advance payment)
(Any excess consumption will be deducted from your utility deposit at the end of your stay)
Optional bed linen package: €195
Check-in / Check-out fee: €90

🔑 Check-in Procedure & Policies
To guarantee a smooth and efficient move-in process:
Check-in hours: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
Access conditions: Entry is granted only after:
Rental contract is signed
Deposit, first month’s rent, utilities, and check-in fee (€90) are fully paid
Required documents:
Valid ID or passport + residence permit
Scheduling:
Please confirm your arrival date and time as early as possible to coordinate with the inventory assessor.
Note: Fees for last-minute cancellations remain due.
Outside standard hours:
Check-in/check-out outside office hours (09:00–17:00), weekends, or public holidays is subject to availability and will incur a double check-in fee.
