There's three studio apartments like this in the building, and it's perfect for accommodating one or two individuals.
The bedroom in this studio apartment features two separate beds, each measuring 90cm wide. These beds can be used individually or combined for extra sleeping space. The apartment also includes a small living room area with a sofa, a functional workspace with a desk and wardrobe, its own bathroom and a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. This apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable stay in Seville.
The property also offers various common areas for residents to enjoy. A spacious living room with a terrace provides a welcoming space to relax and socialize. Additionally, there is a comfortable lobby area where residents can unwind after a long day. For added convenience, the building also includes a washing room for residents to utilize.
