Apartment in Seville tastefully decorated and very well equipped, fully renovated and unique in the area for its quality and presence. It has 2 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and 1 room with two single beds) both rooms are fully equipped and have large built-in wardrobes to store all your luggage perfectly. It is perfect for a maximum of 5 people, because the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for one more person.
The bathroom, completely new, is perfect, big, beautiful and very comfortable to be able to be two people at the same time without bothering each other.
The kitchen is new, equipped and very nice. The appliances are of high quality, it is the perfect place to prepare a wonderful dinner. The apartment has a total of 75 m2.
It is very bright, the sun enters through the large window in the living room, illuminating the entire room. You will not be hot, there is air conditioning in all the rooms, in winter you will not be cold, since it also has heating.
The wifi connection is very good. The building has an elevator.
The building is located in the best area of Seville, public transport is a two-minute walk away.
The apartment is located in the Triana-Los Remedios area. Very central and close to all the interesting places you will want to visit. In the surroundings there are all kinds of shops, where you can do all the shopping you need to do, there are also many restaurants, places where you can eat typical Andalusian food and where you can taste tapas.
Entry is via electronic lock.
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

TERMS:
- You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost. If you spend less than estimated, we'll deduct it from next month's bills.
- The amount of the deposit and the amount of the early termination will always be the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
-The administrative cost will be 20% of the cost of the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
- Internet is included in the rental price
-Sheets and towels are included.
- At the beginning of your stay, before entering the accommodation, we will charge you a cleaning fee to clean the apartment on departure. If you leave the apartment in very poor condition upon departure and this cost is insufficient, the difference will be charged.
- If you cancel your contract early, you will have to pay an early departure fee equal to the deposit
- Rent must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month
