Short-term lease policy:
7 to 11 months: +65.-€/month.
4 to 6 months: +90.-€/month.

The security deposit is equivalent to two months of rent. Therefore, any short-term supplement will imply a modification of the security deposit accordingly. Security deposit must be transferred by wire transfer or Paypal upon execution of the lease agreement, before checkin.
