We are renting a spacious and bright room in our 130 m2 apartment located in San Julián, one of the most charming neighbourhoods in the historic centre of Seville.
The area is lively and authentic, surrounded by cafés, bakeries, small shops and traditional markets. Many of the city's main landmarks are within walking distance, and the neighbourhood offers a great balance between local life and central location.
The apartment is also very well connected: it is only 2 minutes from the main bus lines that connect with the rest of the city, and the University of Seville is about 2 km away.
The room
The room is bright and comfortable and stays pleasantly cool during the summer.

The apartment
The apartment is large and comfortable (130 m2) and located in a building with elevator.

large rooftop terrace (azotea) where residents can hang and dry clothes
You will also have full access to the kitchen and common areas.
The household
Three people currently live in the apartment (two women and myself).
You will share one full bathroom and one additional toilet with the two women.
We try to maintain a calm, friendly and respectful home environment, so we are looking for someone who values a peaceful and considerate shared space.
Pets
The apartment is also home to:
Nico and Coco, two very affectionate cats
Indya, a wonderful and friendly dog
They are used to living with people and bring a lot of warmth and good energy to the home.
