This recently renovated four-bedroom apartment, in which the furniture is completely new, will make an excellent home. You will enjoy spacious and comfortable rooms that will make it easier for you to live with your classmates. The room has a comfortable bed so you will get the rest you need, a closet with enough space to arrange all your belongings, your own desk where you can let your creativity flow, and everything you bring to it! Please note that a €200 short-stay surcharge applies to bookings of 6 months or less. This fee must be paid at the time of signing the contract and will appear on the "View All Payments" page under "Other".
Only stays of 1 or 2 months are allowed during the summer months (July and August) and on special occasions.
There is no short-stay surcharge during the summer months.
