The apartment is located in a historic building, the former Ponce de León Palace, featuring a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms. Maintenance, community fees, water, and high-speed fiber-optic internet (600 Mbps) are included, electricity is not included. A one-month deposit is required.
The individual exterior rooms are bright and spacious, furnished with double beds, duvet covers, desks, chairs, wardrobes, and locks. Some rooms have large beds and air conditioning.
