The property is located in a quiet area in the medieval heart of Siena (Restricted Traffic Area), a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center. The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table; - KITCHENETTE (separated by a plasterboard wall) with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, wine glasses and kitchenware; - BEDROOM with double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM (access from the bedroom) with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - RELAXATION AREA located on the upper floor (access via an external staircase from the bedroom) with small sofa and desk. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: the apartment can accommodate children; however, please, pay attention to the stairs to reach the accommodation on the first floor and to reach the relaxation area on the upper level.
