The student residence is located in the heart of Siena’s historic centre, just a few steps from the Duomo and only a two-minute walk from Piazza del Campo. It is situated on the top floor of an elegant residential building and offers panoramic views over the Tuscan countryside.
The residence consists of:
three double bedrooms;
two single bedrooms;
a large, fully equipped shared kitchen;
common areas;
two shared bathrooms for a maximum of seven residents when the property is fully occupied.
The following services are included:
bed linen and towels;
cleaning of the common areas four times per week;
weekly cleaning of the bedroom;
utilities and consumption costs;
Wi-Fi;
condominium fees.
There are no additional household costs beyond the agreed monthly rate.
