Residence Ciompi situated in the heart of Siena's historical center, only 100m from the Piazza Il Campo.
Our residence is situated in a building constructed in the 17th century.
we offer different kind of rooms: single / double and triple room some with private bathroom

Rate referred to one person, one bed in a double

All rooms have a TV lcd 19” / Safe Box / WI FI
Not depending on the rooms size, kind or number of people, every guest will have
his own desk with drawer, wardrobe, orthopedic bed / mattress nightstand with
drawers, fridge freezer, cooking set.

Use of a fully equipped common kitchen
Laundry corner (washing machine / iron / iron board)
City tax: 12,00 euros a month for non-resident
Cleaning service: we guarantee a minimum of 3 times per week for common rooms like living rooms, kitchens, shared bathrooms etc
private fridge / freezer directly located in the room

Final cleanings 100 Euro for longer stay than 3 months
