The living room features a sofa bed for an additional guest, along with a dining area and a kitchen equipped for everyday meal preparation. With air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, Roza offers all the essentials for comfortable long-term living and remote work. As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
