Villa Erede is a historic stone house in one of Split's oldest neighborhoods. The property features three apartments and two additional rooms, all on different floors. All units are air-conditioned and come with free Wi-Fi and LCD satellite TV.
Nova 2 is a comfortable twin room located on the second floor of Villa Erede. With 17 m² of space, it is ideal for long-term stays for two guests looking for a practical, centrally located base. The room features two single beds, a private bathroom, and a small fridge for daily needs. Modern touches blend seamlessly with the authentic Dalmatian stone-house setting, creating a cozy, functional living space. Guests in Nova 2 also have access to a shared terrace on the first floor.
Since this apartment is located within a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
