The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with elevator and was recently renovated and modernized.
The living/sleeping area has a cozy sitting area with smart TV, a small workstation and a bed (1.40x2m).
The separate spacious fitted kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and all kitchen inventory. There is also a dining table with space for up to four people.
The adjoining modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Towels, bed linen and an ironing board with iron are provided. In addition to a nice large balcony (approx. 8.5 m²), the apartment also has a separate cellar compartment.
The stated rent includes all utilities and a WLAN internet connection. The broadcasting fee must be registered and paid by the tenant.
