There is a dining room with kitchenette and living area, a bedroom with a study corner and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house has been completely renovated to current standards with thermal insulation and has controlled living space ventilation as well as centrally controlled wall heating and wall cooling (heat pump driven). Thanks to these measures, it is pleasantly cool and airy in summer and warm in winter, without requiring air conditioning, but with an always-healthy indoor climate.
The apartment can be reached at ground level from the street, has its own entrance and is allergy-friendly: the floors can be wet-wiped, the bed linen and mattress covers are machine-washable and the wall heating prevents dust.
A car can be parked kurb-side or in the driveway, as you prefer.
All windows look into the garden and you may use, but are not obliged to care for, the garden.
