From August 01, 2024 to January 31, 2025 we are renting out our 53 m2 newly renovated, fully furnished apartment in a prime location in Stuttgart. The 2-room apartment is divided into an entrance area, a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The all-inclusive rent of 1550 euros includes all costs (electricity, water, heating costs, internet, waste disposal charges and all other operating and ancillary costs). There is therefore no service charge bill. There is only a final cleaning fee when moving out (100€ - 130€).
A deposit of 2 x the monthly rent is due.

- Living room with stylish dining table, cozy sofa, 55 inch Smart TV, and desk for working.
- Bedroom with large bed (1.60 x 2m) and large closet (optionally with desk here too)
- Fully equipped new kitchen with hob, oven and chairs as well as washing machine and dishwasher

- Two balconies, a small balcony by the kitchen and a large balcony with a comfortable couch for relaxing, adjacent to the living room
- PS. Proper lamps will be installed by the time you move in.

- By arrangement, a parking space can be rented for an additional fee
