The 1-room flat is ideal for business travellers and is located in the middle of greenery between Stuttgart-Sillenbuch, Heumaden and Ostfildern/Kemnat with a beautiful view of nature. This location provides you with well-deserved peace and quiet at any time of the day or night.
You have a great view from your own balcony. The flat is equipped with TV, a complete kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, 2-plate cooker and microwave) and a large private shower/WC.
Parking space is available free of charge. Of course, as with all our properties, bed linen and towels are also provided.
