Die kleine, in den Wohnraum integrierte Kitchenette ist mit einem Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle mit Grill-Funktion, einer Kaffeemaschine und einem 2-Platten-Herd ausgestattet. Das sehr gepflegte Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche. Handtücher sind vorhanden. Im gemeinschaftlichen Waschkeller im Untergeschoss des Hauses befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner mit Münzeinwurf. Des Weiteren kann gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr ein PKW-Stellplatz angemietet werden. In der angegebenen Miete sind alle Nebenkosten sowie ein WLAN-Internetanschluss enthalten.
The apartment is located on the 2nd Floor of a very well-kept apartment building. In the living / sleeping area there is a single bed (0.90x2m), a cozy armchair, a small workstation and a Smart TV (45 ") from which the covered balcony can be walked in. The small, in the living room integrated kitchenette, is equipped with a fridge, a microwave with grill function, a coffee maker and a 2-plate stove. The well-kept bathroom has a shower. Towels are available. In the communal laundry room in the basement of the house there is a washing machine and a coin-operated dryer. Furthermore, a car parking space can be rented for an additional fee. The indicated rent includes all utilities as well as a wireless internet connection.
