The apartment, renovated in 2019, is on the 3rd floor with an elevator in an apartment building. It shares a small hallway with the apartment next door, where the washing machine is located, which is also shared.
The room has a bed (1.40x2m), an armchair, a wardrobe, a smart TV, a small dining area and a kitchenette with a small dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Microwave, induction hob and kitchen inventory.
The high-quality daylight bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Towels are available.
A separate cellar compartment can be provided upon request. There is also the option of renting an underground parking space, depending on availability.
The stated rent includes all additional costs and a WLAN internet connection. The broadcasting fee must be registered and paid by the tenant himself.
