Hi, I live in a great location in Mosman, 5 minutes walk to many cafes, bus stops and shops, and a 15-20 minutes walk to ferry stops, or the beautiful Cremorne point walk and Balmoral Beach.
The unit is a 2 bedroom art deco unit, light filled, with an eat-in kitchen, a separate lounge room, a shared bathroom and street parking. It is on the upper floor. There is a large shared backyard with the 3 other units. I have a friendly cat that everyone loves.
The room has a king single bed with a bedside table and lamp. It also has a desk, monitor and chair, ideal for students. There is a built-in robe. Room rate includes internet and electricity.
I work in insurance, from home a few days a week. I enjoy seeing friends and family and have a few hobbies like pottery, kayaking and hiking. I love to travel as well. I like to eat healthily and enjoy the outdoors. I'm a christian and involved in a church activities which you're welcome to join. I like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy, and enjoy a chat with flatmates when we are both around.
The bedroom is light and quiet and has a king single sized bed. It has a built in wardrobe. There is a desk and monitor, and a desk chair.
