We are renting one brand new, fully furnished room in St Ives with an ensuite and separate entrance. Also, you will have a small cooking area with a hot plate and wash basin.
REMEMBER: You will have almost zero interaction with the owners as you will have a separate entrance to your room. Isn't that good? But we are always there to help you.

We have provided a bar fridge and microwave. hot water kettle and hot plate for minor cooking.
This is a 5-bedroom newly built house occupied by a professional couple. We have no intention to rent other rooms.
