Hello, I’m Andrea and I offer our guest apartment in Szeged, located in a small cottage in Szőreg, a calm and green neighborhood of the city.
The 21 m² apartment is fully independent and well suited for mid term stays.
It opens to a sunny garden and can also serve as a comfortable base for exploring Szeged.

Fully equipped with kitchen essentials, bed linen, towels, washing machine, iron and TV.
Bed: 120 × 200 cm. Best suited for one person.
It can occasionally work for a couple with two mattresses. If you plan to come as a couple please send me a short message first.
Private entrance and a small patio.
Internet: 250 MB/s
Pets not allowed.
Heating: gas heating and floor heating in tiled areas.
Residential registration possible.
As I usually plan ahead for the following rental period, please send me a message before booking if you plan to stay at a later time.
During the winter semester, preference is given to stays of at least 3 months.
For visa related bookings I can confirm stays only up to one month in advance.

A small forest and meadows leading to the Tisza River. Good for walks, running or cycling.
Safe natural surroundings with bike paths and a running track. Fishing and horse riding opportunities nearby.
Local grocery market, Hungarian restaurant and pizzeria within walking distance.
Easy access to Szeged city center for thermal baths, culture and nightlife. Public transport is available and night buses run on weekends. Free parking in front of the house.
Cross border trips to Serbia and Romania are easy. The Tripoint is about 8 km away.
Cities within reach include Timișoara (110 km), Belgrade (200 km) and Budapest (180 km).
The cottage has two separate apartments and a shared garden. I occasionally use the other apartment when I visit Hungary, but most of the time I am based in Germany or travelling for work.
Guests who appreciate a quiet and thoughtful place to stay usually feel comfortable here.
