The spacious and bright apartment has all the necessary amenities and comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The access of visitors is allowed in the whole apartment. Enjoy listening to CD's and LP's or reading books from a private collection, but please respect them for the enjoyment of others. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Avoid making noise between 15:00-17:00 and after 23:00. Enjoy your stay responsibly, respecting the apartment, its furnishings and equipment, the common areas of the building, the neighbors and the natural resources provided. The neighborhood is quiet, but also lively and safe, just 3 minutes walk from the metro station.
