_LOCATION:_ We provide student housing in the form of furnished studios next to University. All our properties are on the same floor, and our adress is: D. Gounari 42, Thessaloniki 54621.
_L_ _EASE PERIOD_ _:_ Αvailable also for short-term lease with a minimum period of 5 months.
_DESCRIPTION:_ This studio consists of one space and is specially configured for students.
It is fully renovated and furnished. The heating / cooling is provided with air conditioning, there is a smart TV, armored door, elevator, hot water 24/7, and the connection to the internet is made with optical fiber 200mbps. The kitchenette includes a small cooking hob, a cooker hood, and a small fridge but no sink.
It is located in a privileged spot, on the pedestrian street of Dimitriou Gounari, in the Kamara area. It is 2 minute's walk from Aristotle University (AUTH), Macedonia University and from many bus stops. It is connected by a bus line to the International University of Thessaloniki and to all the private schools of Thessaloniki. It is also 3 minutes away from metro stop "Sintrivani". In the photos you can see the view from the balcony.
The area has many shops for food, entertainment while nearby is the beach, many parks, various museums and theaters.
_SAFETY_ _:_ The main door of the building is located on a central pedestrian street (Dimitriou Gounari street). It is a busy and well-lit street and a symbol of student life in our city. Finally all rooms on the first floor are available exclusively to students while the owner is answering to live phone call 24/7.
_BILLS:_ The total bills are included in the rent.
_CHARGING POLICY_ : The students are charged for the entire month even if they arrive later or leave earlier.
