Utilities are included in the rent. In case of unusually high consumption, a final adjustment may be applied at the end of the contract and any additional amount will be charged accordingly.
Please note that an administration fee equal to 8% of the total rent (calculated on the full duration of the stay) applies. This fee covers contract management, support throughout the stay, and assistance during check-in and check-out, and should be paid prior to move in.
