Electricity, internet and gas for hot water costs are excluded and paid upon invoice arrival every next month. All the supply contracts are on my name so you don't have to think about them. Roughly consider about 20 per electricity/month and 15 for gas/month. Some rules to be respected such as not make any noise after 10PM, not smoking inside the apartment and letting the cleaning staff enter every 2 weeks. It is easily accessible by tram 4 which connects the flat directly to Porta Nuova train station in just 15 minutes
