Home overlooking the hills,

We offer for rent a two-room apartment (35sqm) comprising entrance hall, bedroom, walk-in closet, kitchen/dining room, bathroom, and balcony. The property is furnished and renovated, has a system heating system equipped with thermo-valves.

San Salvario is a central area full of commercial activities and entertainment venues, close to the faculties of medicine, pharmacy, architecture, physics and chemistry and near the Città della Salute, well served by public transport and the Marconi and Porta Nuova underground stops. Near the Parco Valentino.

📌 Important Information

Payment of the security deposit and cleaning fee must be made in advance by bank transfer, no later than 5 days before the check-in date, directly to the bank account of the owner of the property.

Please also note that the €2.00 stamp duty, where required under current Italian legislation, must be applied to each invoice issued. The related cost shall be borne by the tenant.

Once the booking has been completed, please contact us promptly in order to complete all the necessary documentation for the handover of the room before entering the apartment.

In order to properly organize the handover of the room, you are also required to provide your arrival date and expected arrival time.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Please take these opening hours into consideration when contacting us and arranging the check-in procedures.
