It's a completely independent apartment (with bathroom, kitchen and bedroom in the mezzanine) in a residential building with other independent apartments. So it has a building lock and an apartment lock.

Wi-fi is included, 4G speed and NOT unlimited (you can use averagely 2 Gb of data per day).
Washing machine at exclusive use available in the apartment.

5 minutes walking to the city main railway station Porta Susa.
5 minutes walking to the Vinzaglio Subway station.

EDIT: the property has fully renewed and re-decorated few months ago, so now is looking nicer and brighter than in these pictures!

Monolocale soppalcato in elegante palazzo di inizio ‘900, situato in una zona residenziale e centrale di Torino: tranquilla ma comoda a tutti i servizi e a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni della città.

Finemente ristrutturato e arredato con un tocco romantico, l'appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato pochi mesi fa. Soffitti decorati, carta da parati elegante, parquet, una piccola cucina e un divano vintage vi accolgono in uno degli angoli più sereni del centro di Torino.

Wi-Fi incluso a velocità 4G, NON FLAT (limite giornaliero di 2 GB, per uso moderato).
L’appartamento dispone di una lavatrice ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.

A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Porta Susa e dalla fermata della metro Vinzaglio.

NOTE: ideale per una persona singola, ma adatto anche per una coppia (sistemazione solo in letto matrimoniale)
