It would be refundable 100% after check out and deep cleaning and after the check of the room/bathroom and common area . If there no damages the deposit is sent through the bank account within 30 days . In case of damage the deposit is delayed until repair’s result.
➡️EURO 200 ( paid through the platform Housinganywhere after booking ) There are Thermovalves placed on your room radiator and on July 2026 the condominium will release your exact consumption.
From this deposit we will deduct as.well if f there is an extra cost for electricity ( copy of the bill will be sent ).
