The room
Large single room (18 sqm), furnished with: Double French bed, Bedside table, Wardrobe, Shoe cabinet, Desk, Chair, Bookcase, Armchair, Coffee table and Mirror. The room is paved with parquet and has numerous points of light and electricity. Door with individual lock.
The apartment
It is located on the 1st floor with a lift. It is bright and spacious (210sqm), to be shared with young professionals and postgraduate students.
Consisting of 5 single bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, kitchen, large relaxation area and 2 complete bathrooms. Under renovation, fully furnished and equipped with every appliance: 2 Washing Machines, 2 Fridges, Dishwashers, Electric Oven, Smart-TV and Microwave. In addition, in the apartment you will find many other accessories including iron and ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, etc ... All utilities are already active including unlimited WIFI Internet with optical fiber.
The building and the area
The building is located in Via Stefano Clemente 22 in the San Donato area. Built in the early decades of the 1900s, it rises on 4 floors and is kept in a perfect state of maintenance, equipped with a lift, an internal courtyard and a place for bikes. It is located in a residential area, well inhabited, 400m from the Bernini Metro stop, 20 min. from the Polytechnic, 600m from the Maria Vittoria Hospital and convenient to the Center.
The area is rich in commercial activities, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Easily reachable by public transport (Metro, 9, 13, 16, 56, 65, 71), by shared mobility services and 10 min. from Porta Susa Station.
