We are opening our home by offering room accommodations on the main floor and in the basement to International students and Travelers (guests).
If you are looking for a nice and clean place for your stay, this home is for you..
We provide all the basic needs that guests will have the access to use for their daily routine to save time and budget.
Our residence is conveniently located near Centennial College (Morningside, Progress, and Eglinton Campus) and the University of Toronto Scarborough. We are situated at the intersection of Kingston and Lawrence, where you'll find a variety of shops and dining options within easy reach. There are several bus routes accessible within a 2-minute walk.
Our neighborhood boasts the presence of major banks, supermarkets, shopping centers, and a Cineplex movie theatre, making it a convenient and peaceful area for visitors. We aim to create a respectful and harmonious atmosphere for all.
Our private room is fully furnished and welcomes NON-SMOKERS only. Given that most of our family members are males, we primarily seek to host male guests. Our priority is to support newcomers to this country, so we are specifically looking for international homestay students and international professors with a mature and respectful demeanor.
Please respect, follow, agree and understand the house rules to ensure a pleasant and healthy homestay experience. Be kind to each other and make our homestay magnificent.
We are available for interaction and can offer advice when needed. We also respect your need for personal space, as our priority is to make every guest feel at home comfortably.
We treat everyone equally and as a member of the family. We expect mutual respect and a clean environment, as we hold our home space in high regard.
Please note that all guests must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination upon arrival.
To ensure safety and security, we require picture ID and photos on your profile and copies of the IDS of guests upon your arrival for our records.
Keys and security deposit of $100 will be collected upon arrival and will be refunded upon return of keys and in the absence of any damages during departure.

Free laundry (washer & dryer) once a week (Detergent not included)
