We are a family of 4 adults (wife, husband, daughter and son) that live in large, corner lot, cozy house.
What we have to offer is a fully furnished street / basement level, 1 bedroom apartment that was renovated last year.
We are looking for a
non-smoker FEMALE (wife and daughter’s request) who attends York university, works in area or a private school close by.

• bedroom with bed and furniture,

• fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, pots & pans, dishes & silverware)

• washer & dryer,
Extra if needed
• We have our house cleaned by a cleaning lady, bi-weekly, she can clean your apartment for an extra $120 a month (2 times a month) – dust, vacuum, wash bathrooms, floors, kitchen and make beds.
Shared access:
• to patio or back yard in summer and fall.
• family room (rarely accessed by us).

Lease Term: school year /8 months minimum

• No guests when you’re not home
• No pets allowed
