All fees included, no deposit/security fees, no administrative fees, no opening or closing fees. Only one monthly rent must be paid to the landlord upon signing the contract, by bank transfer within 72 hours of booking confirmation on HousingAnywhere. After moving in, the tenant will pay from the third month onwards.

A room with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk chair, wall shelf, sink, and ceiling lamp can provide a comfortable and functional living space for one person.
