Premium Comfort: 7 Air Conditioning Units One of the unique features of this property is the independent climate control. Every single bedroom is equipped with its own dedicated AC unit. An additional unit is located in the kitchen/living area.
The layout is designed to guarantee maximum privacy in the bedrooms while offering a generous common area for a community feel.
Financial Details:
Security Deposit: 2 months of rent (Refundable at the end of the stay if no damages occur).
Monthly Utilities: 100 euro/ month as a fixed advance payment (includes water, electricity, internet, and building fees). A balance check will be performed every 2 months.
Contract Registration: The contract will be legally registered. A valid ID/Passport and a Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale) are required.
To SISSA (International School for Advanced Studies): By Public Transport (~30 minutes): A short walk to the main bus stops allows you to take Bus Line 38, which goes directly to the SISSA campus. The service is frequent and reliable.
To the City Center (Piazza Unità d'Italia): you can enjoy a pleasant downhill walk through the historic streets of Trieste to reach the world-famous Piazza Unità and the seafront in around 15 minutes.
