The apartment is located in Via della Rosta, 1 on the first floor of a building with elevator. Great location a 5 minute walk from the center. The train station is also 5 minute walk. The bus stop is 2 minute walk. The Literature Faculty is 10 minute walk and the Economy and Law faculty is 13 minute. You are in full session of exams and do not want to move? The supermarket is a fiew minutes walk. Parking for bicycles.
The apartment has been completely renovated, it consists of 6 single rooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with new furniture and veranda!!

Example: if you want to book the room from 7 September until 19 of January, you would pay the full monthly rent of September, October, November, December and January.
