Wonderful suite room in a beautiful apartment just renovated! The room (€ 380 all included) is extremely bright and fully equipped with brand new furniture. It is equipped with a comfortable armchair to watch your TV in the room.
The apartment is located in Viale Volontari della Libertà, 12 on the third floor of a building with elevator. Great location a 2 minute walk from Piazzale Osoppo and a 5 minute walk from the center. The bus stop is a few steps from the building. Are you in full session of exams and do not want to move? The supermarket is a fiew minutes walk.
The apartment has been completely renovated, it consists of 5 single rooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with new furniture and veranda!!!! What does all inclusive mean? Monthly rent + expenses + Heating + waste fee + electricity bill, water and gas + INTERNET.
So in summary:

You will have only a fixed cost of 250 € for entry into the apartment that includes:
• annual membership with maintenance included

You will pay rent for each calendar month of your booking, including the month you move in and the month you move out.
Example: if you want to book the room from 7 September until 19 of January, you would pay the full monthly rent of September, October, November, December and January.
