The apartment, which has been completed in 2024, offers everything you need to feel at home.
On 59 square meters there is a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a daylight bathroom. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment very bright. The sunny loggia is accessible from the living room and bedroom.
The quiet bedroom with large double bed offers direct access to the daylight bathroom via the open dressing room. Here you will find a comfortable rainshower as well as a washing machine with dryer.
The cozy living/dining area invites you to relax and can easily be converted into a home office. The sofa bed can also be used as a guest bed.
The modern, fully equipped open kitchen has a stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans. So everything from a simple breakfast to an elaborate dinner can be easily prepared.
The barrier-free apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It is directly accessible by elevator and therefore also suitable for handicapped persons. There is also a storage room in the basement, a bicycle storage room and a parking space in the garage.
The immediate surroundings offer shopping facilities, bakeries, restaurants and doctors. The main train station, the city center and the Ulmer Münster are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Public transportation is only 2 minutes away and offers excellent connections to the Science Park, the University and the University Hospital.
