Wonderful old building apartment with terrace in Ulm Mitte, from here you can walk to Münsterplatz in 5 minutes and are in the city center and on the Danube in no time, the main train station is also around the corner.
The apartment is generously proportioned at 132 m2 and offers space for a couple or a small family.
A few steps lead to the beautifully quiet terrace, which is ideal for relaxing on sunny days, and there is a sandpit and a small bench for the little ones.
The apartment is fully furnished. Simply bring your suitcases and move in.
The building was originally constructed at the end of the 19th century. The apartment has been lovingly restored and modernized. Both the exterior design and the interior of the house have succeeded in tastefully combining the original with the new.
The spacious hallway provides access to almost all rooms. Straight ahead is the light-flooded living room and the cozy dining room. Both rooms are connected via a wall opening supported by steel beams. The beautiful herringbone wooden parquet flooring and the red brick wall bear witness to the character of the old building. The approx. 2.80 meter high ceilings round off the whole. The dining room leads into the open-plan kitchen with its central cooking island. From here, a hallway leads to the bathroom with bathtub (incl. shower), toilet, washbasin and washing machine. In front of the bathroom is the entrance door which leads to the terrace. The bedroom is located on the other side of the hallway. There is plenty of space for closets next to the bed.
